Partnership Agreement Provides Benefits
for Both Companies

National Electric Coil (NEC) is actively seeking distributor partners who will utilize NEC's high-voltage coils in generator repair and retrofit projects outside of the United States. In seeking appropriate partners and forming formal relationships, the primary goal is to provide generator owners with non-OEM alternative sources for stator and rotor windings that are technically equal in manufacturing and service to the OEMs.

To that end, NEC wishes to establish mutually beneficial relationships with qualified service companies who do not manufacture coils but have OEM-commensurate on-site skills and repair facilities to carry out the authorized installation of our product. In the role of distributor-partner, a service company would share in mutually-defined goals and rewards. The relationship would involve a long-term commitment with specified obligations for both parties.
